Arduino for STM32

the libmaple cores is a *community* effort (there is no 'company' behind it). to some extent even the official core is partially community assisted in some ways, there are very lean / few staff to maintain such a large project (not to forget fpistm maintains this phpbb forum which you are viewing)....
