Re: [STM32GENERIC] HAL Timer

I think the problem with the second led was the polling in the "loop" so I removed it. I've added the example to the repo . Probably the example could run on the most boards, not only the STM32F407. Because it was running so well, I tried to add the IRQ to the I2S. But this doesn't work. T...

Re: [STM32GENERIC] HAL Timer

Thank you very much. It works :D almost ... The red led is blinking from the start as expected. But the green led blinks the first 6 times very short ( I estimate~10ms ). After that time it blinks simultaneously with the red led, as expected. So, I'm quite satisfied with the result and I will try pr...

Re: STM32GENERIC, my arduino implementation

TFT_RST is whatever pin you want to use. Adafruit_ILI9341(TFT_CS, TFT_DC, TFT_RST); should work Thanks, that worked. By the way... I STILL am torn between using PA5/6/7 OR PB3/4/5 for SPI as default on Black F407 boards. PB4 has the problem of not being broken out on the headers, PB3 conflicting wi...

Re: Introducing the new Arduino core for STM32

@ fpiSTM very good :D Thank you. I try the STM32F7 Discovery because I didn't have the compiler before. Here is my first test: 1. download the package by the board manager as described above ==> status message: Index error: could not find referenced tool name=openocd version=0.10.0-arduino1-static p...

Re: [STM32GENERIC] HAL Timer

Hi Daniel, thank you for the quick response. I just changed to TIM3 but now it does not even blink without IRQ. Can it be that due to the usage of TIM2 for PWM there is some pre-inititalzation from the framework which is not done for TIM3 ? /* http://www.stm32duino.com/viewtopic.php?f=42&t=1966&...

[STM32GENERIC] HAL Timer

Hello, because for many applications a timer interrupt would be really useful, I just took the HAL-example from michaeli and tried to add the intterupt. The code should run on a ST32F407 but the second LED in the interrupt routine is not blinking. Are the interrupt handlers in STM32generic not set f...

Re: STM32GENERIC, my arduino implementation

I just tried to connect an ILI9341 display to the BlackF407VE importing the ILI9351 Lib from Adafruit. When I use the software SPI with the following setup, the display works with the following settings: #include "Adafruit_GFX.h" #include "Adafruit_ILI9341.h" #define TFT_MOSI PB5...

Re: STM32GENERIC, my arduino implementation

Here is the basic SD-card-wav-player example.
I tried to keep it as simple as possible.

If you have a BlackF407VE and a I2S DAC you can try it.

Re: STM32GENERIC, my arduino implementation

I just realized that if I use I2S and the SD-card on the BlackF407VE, the I2S stops working. What could be the reason? Is the SD-Card using SPI3? #include "Arduino.h" #include "SDIO.h" #include "STM32SdFatSdio.h" #include "I2S.h" I2SClass I2S(SPI3, PC12 /*DIN*...
