Intend to clean up and add function to SPI

Hi all, my intention is to perform following changes in the SPI lib: 1. cleanup - remove DEBUG lines - as we agreed that it is mature enough not to have these line, and it will anyway not work Related libs: - all SPI related. Risk: - I see very low or no risk at all here, as no active lines are goin...

Re: issue with sd card

Hm, everything looks fine...
Maybe a missing common GND line between SD module, BP and the external power supply?
Do you have a picture of your setup with BP (not with MM) ?

Re: issue with sd card

Error code 0x20 means that the very first command sent to SD fails (no valid answer within a preset time). Can you check the SPI clock and chip select lines with a scope? EDIT Also check the 3.3 V on the card module. It is well known that the 3.3 V regulator on the blue pill is not very strong, in w...

Re: How to flash STM32_F4VE

The flashing process as such should not make any difference on the used core. So once you are able to flash, you can use any of the available cores: Arduino_STM32 = https://github.com/rogerclarkmelbourne/Arduino_STM32 or stm32duino = https://github.com/stm32duino/Arduino_Core_STM32F1 or STM32GENERIC...

Re: issue with sd card

@aster, please extend the part of your code when checking for sd.begin with if (!sd.begin(SD_CHIP_SELECT, SPI_SPEED)) { sd.initErrorHalt(); ////////////////////////////////////////// insert this to see error code } and post the error code here. Btw, I use the same adapter, and it works with 3.3 V @ ...

it would probably be better to go with the arduino stm32 core and you need Arduino IDE for that instead
