I think the problem is the content of the array io_led[] . You eventually overwrite some reserved pins for something else (for example USB). How do you initialize this array? We had this issue several times.
The only way to make it work is to remove any resistor or level shifter between the SD card slot and module pins.

Those resistor you see on the alix picture are pull-up resistor to 3.3V, they are needed.

Be aware that the SD card module should not have a 5v 3.3v converter. It seems that your SD card module is not appropriate to work with blue pill, because it has the 5V->3.3V converter. myWire is the I2C instance (a variable).
&myWire is the address in RAM of the instance, a pointer to the variable.
