Re: Maple Mini SERIAL PORT is Disabled

You did not follow the steps recommended here:

it would probably be better to go with the arduino stm32 core and you need Arduino IDE for that instead

Re: maple mini com port not showing. URGENT

Try a simple blinky sketch with serial output. If it works, then your software is the problem.
You should be able to upload if you press reset when the upload starts (check the Arduino message window).

Re: Maple Mini SERIAL PORT is Disabled

You did not select the "Generic STM32F103C series" as board type in Arduino IDE.
Sorry, as no one knows Maple IDE, you can only get support if you use the Arduino IDE.

Starwars with Teensy: https://trmm.net/Starwars There is also a Processing demo: https://github.com/osresearch/vst/tree/master/processing/processingDemo EDIT Although this is not Tek but it is a Serial monitor to display graphics, basically converting serial messages to graphical elements using Proc...

Re: How to flash STM32_F4VE

What does the board in the initial state (BOOT0 to GND)? LED blinks? Any output on serial ports? I asked this because on my board originally there was an application flashed which blinked the D2 and D3 LEDs (bottom left part of the pictures) and sent some data over serial 1. Set both BOOT0 and BOOT...

Re: TEK 4010/4014 Vector Graphics terminal DEMO

Btw, why such spread?? (2.897ms - 7.933ms). I can only think on the host processing speed, the libmaple USB has a 2kB Tx buffer, uses blocking Tx, and if the Tekline() command sends more than 5 bytes, then the buffer gets full and will allow sending of further bytes only if the host is reading some...

Re: How to flash STM32_F4VE

Try another USB2.0 port, avoid USB 3.x ports. Or try any of the Serial 1,2,3 ports. You can also try to connect the board via an USB hub, sometimes it helps. What does the board in the initial state (BOOT0 to GND)? LED blinks? Any output on serial ports? Finally the board can be faulty. I would defi...

Re: How to flash STM32_F4VE

Upload possibilities: 1. DFU over USB or any of Serial 1,2,3 - set BOOT0 jumper (BT0 on the black F4 board) to 3.3V - reset the board Now the F4 chip should enter DFU upload mode, the device manager should show you "STM32F4 DFU device" or similar. If not, then you have to try other drivers. - flash ...

Re: TEK 4010/4014 Vector Graphics terminal DEMO

Regarding doing fills.
Maybe we can bring Tek to fill out a rectangle if we write a "space" character with the desired color and dimension at the desired coordinate.
Of course, this will only work for horizontally and vertically aligned fills.
