OK

Path shortening is great ;-)

I was just concerned as it the changed seem to imply it had something to do with changing the way the IDE caches its precompiled object or core library

Re: Response from Leaflabs about their API Docs pages

Well, it gives us a way to update the API docs and put them somewhere else if we want.

Probably even put them as static html pages back on github somewhere.

I doubt the static pages of API docs are that big, perhaps I could put them inside my Arduino_STM32 repo

Response from Leaflabs about their API Docs pages

Guys As the Leaflabs API docs get used a lot, I thought I'd try contain Leaflabs (again), to ask whether it would be OK to make a copy of those docs e.g. onto GitHub so that they would be backed up in case Leaflabs decided to shut down the pages. I got a great response from them, saying that they kn...

Re: Another comparison video on YouTube

ye strange, why not bootloader, that can let you save away a USB-Serial adapter, pretty easy for beginner I think the information about Arduino on the STM32 must be a lot more fragmented than we think. Most people on this forum use the bootloader from the start, unless they already have a ST-Link o...

WooooooooHooooooo!
It works! YES
Nothing better than pounding Windoze into submission.
Thank you very much for your diligence, and for working to bring these
STM boards to the Arduino IDE.

Hi Dan

I'll set the title to [Solved ....... ] but can you tell us how you fixed it.

Re: OLED_I2C

Looks like this library did not get changed when the I2C (Wire) library was changed to use Hardware instead of software I2C I think the problem is here https://github.com/rogerclarkmelbourne/Arduino_STM32/blob/98fdd472038d8ea0ec59623c0fde820cbe07fb05/STM32F1/libraries/OLED_I2C/hardware/arm/HW_STM32....

Another comparison video on YouTube

Guys, I noticed this new video on YouTube for beginners which compares Arduino on the Blue Pill to an Arduino Nano. He did a good job, but didn't seem to use the bootloader. EaZuKRSvwdo Note. The author has 700k subscribers ! Edit. One other thing I keep noticing is that the LeafLabs docs get used a...
