Re: MapleMini : Standalone Bootloading and USB/Serial Usage

There is a special branch of the repo for some Ham radio guys where DTR is not needed, but is quite out of date, so if you can find a terminal that can set DTR its the best bet

Re: MapleMini : Standalone Bootloading and USB/Serial Usage

USB Serial works with most terminal programs but the terminal needs to set DTR (some don't)

Re: invalid dfuse address for Black magic probe

Umm

You mean you recompiled and DFU no longer works ?

If you had a really old version of BMP then upgraded it, they totally changed the way the DFU works. But AFIK they changed it ages ago (perhaps a year ago)

I think you'll need Gareth @ Blacksphere to help you with this.

Re: invalid dfuse address for Black magic probe

DFU has nothing to do with the ARM toolchain

Its to do with the version of DFU and Windows driver you have installed and associated with the device (BMP DFU USB device)

Re: short on VBAT?

I looked on the original MM schematic and VBat is only supposed to be connected to pin 1 on the MCU

Looking at a MM clone, it also looks like VBat is just connected to pin 1

Of course your MM clone may be different

Re: Hello from Norway

Ok..

I cant keep uo with the number of STM32 boards that are available. ;-)
I suspect there are hundreds of different types available, all different shapes and sizes.

Re: MapleMini : Standalone Bootloading and USB/Serial Usage

The bat files take multiple paramaters The easiest way to figure out what is passed to them, is to comment out the line at the top that disables echo Then add some echo statements to sprit out the args that are passed. then run the ide, make sure verbose is turned on in the preferences, do an upload...

Blacksphere do support via their Gitter chatroom, and via github issues.

You should post your question there

Re: Suggest having BluePill pins defined for all Arduino pins

Not going to happen... Blue Pill has Pxx pin labels on its silk screen, not Arduino pin numbers. Also... There are hundreds of different STM32 boards, all with different arrangements of pins, hardly end of them have a make or part number on them to differentiate what they are. Boards also constantly...

Re: Timer and Interrupt used together to leave sleep mode

Thanks E. It did cross my mind that the OP may have been using the MM and I didnt think it had the external 32 khz crystal. Using the LSI is an interesting work around, but I have not tried it, and of course the timing is going to me inaccurate unless you apply some calibration in the code e.g. I kn...
