Re: AC Dimmer

Roger, your project interests me. My brother has a solar powered water pump system, and often the pump can handle more water than the well can supply. He and I have put it on a timed system, which is working for now, but we would like to detect when it starts pumping air, or even better, when it ge...

Re: HDC1080 and MS5611 sensors

Is the issue the I2C Scanner does not work now, or that this device does not work with Hardware I2C ?? I can't remember what speed the Hardware I2C is set to by default. I'd hope it was 100Khz but it may have been defaulted to 400KHz which may be too fast for this device Also, what value pullups are...

Re: Optimisation and clock speed menu - enhancements

I think to change speed at runtime would require some changes to the code to make F-CPU a variable, because I think at the moment it’s effectively a constant or. Define Btw. I presume you know USB only works at 72 and 48 because of a limitation in the USB PLL divider setting register ( it’s just 1 b...

Re: Any idea what this protocol is ????

@Pito Its a Radioddity GD77, which is actually a rebranded TYT MD-760 @Vassilis The cable on the newer radios does not contain a USB to Serial converter like in some older radios. The new generation of radios have USB on the MCU I have a TYT MD-380, which uses a STM32F405 (and uses the USB directly)...

Any idea what this protocol is ????

Hi Guys, I'm doing a bit of reverse engineering on a data transfer protocol from a PC to a digital radio, and the protocol that is used seems to not really fit its purpose, so I suspect the Chinese company who make the radio are using an existing protocol but I've no idea what it is Basically the PC...

Re: F405 & F411 versions of the BluePill

Are you sure the clocks are running Ok?

I think perhaps STLink can upload even if the clock is not running

Re: Lightpen

Download the latest version of my repo as it now has the hardware Input Capture feature working Thanks to @ stevestrong... Look in the A_STM32_Examples under Sensors, Input PWM This uses the hardware Timer to measure pulse width. I presume you need to wait for a Vsync pulse, of specific length, then...

Re: analog watchdog in adc

Perhaps the core could be changed to make this IRQ weak.
