Re: Recommendations for piezo buzzer??

FYI

You can use the tone() function, as it was added a few months ago and from what I remember it works OK

Re: Rogers postbag - FM radio band transmitter

Sound quality is OK for me. I connected a Bluetooth receiver dongle to the solder pads of the jack socket and the only time the sound quality gets rough is on mp3s that are very loud and if I have the Bluetooth volume at maximum on my phone. So I normally use about 90% volume and it works well for me.

Re: Analog Pin Numbering

I forgot about the Nucleo, as very few people on the forum use them. I cant remember if there are #defines in the variant file for the Nucleo F193RB, for the analog or digital pin numbers. But if not, they could be added. However for the BluePill etc, I think it could cause problems adding definitio...

Re: STM32F3 Discovery board support

Try PM'ing @danielef and ask him about his F4 port of the STM Core The official STM repo's are here https://github.com/stm32duino Its hard to know which one to base the F3 upon. The F1 core has had the most work, as we had to rework it because it was written poorly and initially consumed loads of RA...

Re: STM32F3 Discovery board support

I don't think there is an easy solution at the moment. AFIK the F3 is a lot different from the F1 and from the F4, and when I discussed things with Avik, he said that there was a lot of difference between the devices in the F3 range so it was not easy to add support for any of the F3's that he does ...

Re: Analog Pi Numbering

The problem with numbering pins in this way, is that none of the physical hardware is marked with those numbers. Most boards are labelled with the official STM names for the pins e.g. PB5 The Maple mini just has pin numbers. If there was a board which specifically had those pin names on its silkscre...

Re: STM32F3 Discovery board support

I dont know if you will be able to simply take F1 libraries and modify them. The F3 core is only part of the repo to save it from being lost. I forget who ported the original LIbmaple core to F3, but they abandoned it. A load of work has gone into the F1 and some work into the F4 over the last 2 yea...
