Re: Reading Analog Voltage on STM32F103C8T6

Lots of words but no code :( anyone can post sample code. Do I need to read pages of docs to write a function? Why reinvent the wheel? What is the best practice? I do not know what you think a forum is supposed to do, but "we" do not write your code. There are a zillion of examples on the Internet ...

Re: Bluepill board serial monitor not working

Sachin,

I think the upload subject is better covered here:
http://wiki.stm32duino.com/index.php?ti ... g_a_sketch

As you can see, there are multiple upload methods.

Re: Hello from Germany

... I've been lurking this forum for quite some time and I like it. I've had a maple mini and a blue pill using the STM32duino bootloader, and programmed some sketches using the Arduino IDE. Excellent. Welcome to the forum. You have managed to program the blue pill and maple mini which means you ha...

Re: Bluepill: ST-LINK USB not showing up as Maple device

Leaving aside the serial monitor problem, i just want to know why the maple device is not showing up after loading the Roger Clark's generic_boot20_pc13.bin bootloader. Maybe because the bootloader only provides DFU? (On boards such as the Blue Pill, Red Pill, Maple Mini) http://wiki.stm32duino.com...

Re: Hello

lloydh; Welcome to the forum. I'm retired too since 1Q10 and have had a play with many of the Arduino boards as well as some bare-chip work with AVR chips. I write up many of my little projects and post them here but more honestly, while the hobby keeps me busy it also keeps the wife thinking I am w...

PIN_MAP and the enum indices have to match, because that's what the core relies on everywhere.
I use a similar piece of code to decide the timer device, I don't think it can get simpler than that.
Simplier? "no"
More efficient? "Yes" :D

Re: Reading Analog Voltage on STM32F103C8T6

First, read this application note: http://www.st.com/resource/en/application_note/cd00211314.pdf You will need a voltage divider for any voltage over Vcc, if Vref==Vcc A very stable Vref will be required. Proper bypassing of Vref/Vcc is imperative. You may find this Web app of use: http://www.falsta...

Re: A better ESP-32 multasking example

Have not worked directly in the IDF. Have used those function calls from within Arduino.

I have probably 5 different varieties of ESP32 modules. All reset after uploading using Linux Mint 18.3. ... have not tried under Windows.
