Re: Funny Package

LED is still at PC13.

So far, I have been very happy for all products made by RobotDyn. The prices are nice, quality is high, and designs are well balanced.

Re: Alternative BluePill sized F4

I like this idea. There are several cases where I would like to have something between blue pill (103C8) and blue pad (407VE). When and how I can buy one. Initially, the price is not critical for me.

Re: hall effect tachometer

That would work. Special attention is required to clamp out the high voltage that is generated at high speed.

Re: I2C on bluepill - trouble

dRob, I don't have an advice what could be the explanation for the symptoms you are seeing. My generic advice is, slow down. It was just a few hours when you asked about the I2C pins. Now you found them and are immediately asking next help. We are very helpful in this forum, but we would like to see...

Re: hall effect tachometer

If you are using the normal hall sensor activated with a magnet, there is no debouncing. Here are some general comments: 1. Busy reading of an input is not a good idea. At that time, your application cannot react to anything else - unless you are using a genuine RTOS 2. Resetting counters/timers can...

Re: Fast PWM on Nucleo-F030R8 with Arduino IDE

For the developers who are using both Teensy and STM32duino boards, it would be nice if the two libraries would be compatible. In this case, the PWM frequency is already managed by Teensy library, and it would be nice if the support is added using the same syntax and functionality.

Re: hall effect tachometer

Efftek, I am not planning to share any actual implementation code here because your arrangements can be so different compared to my solution that more effort is required for refactoring than for creating a solution from scratch. Here is a list of solutions that you can use for the speed (and positio...
