Re: STM32f103RCT6 board in Aliexpress for 3.99 shipping included.

I have a few RCT6 mcus and all measures actual 64KB of RAM and 512KB of flash (specs are 48KB of RAM and 256 of flash).

We have to start a class action lawsuit - the chipmaker is misleading the customers by underestimating the parameters of his products .. :lol:

Re: Low power mode and wake from sleep.

May be you have to start a new thread when not related to low power modes and wake up from sleep..

Re: Low power mode and wake from sleep.

Yeah! Actually I need a circuit that detects voltage and switches to high/ground based on that, if voltage is higher than 13V then switch to HIGH, if lower than switch to LOW. Would you have idea how to accomplish that? The only extremely low power voltage measurement I am aware of is described in ...

Re: Low power mode and wake from sleep.

I don't necessarily need deepest sleep but just a moderate idle current on sleep.. around 10-20mA. Hmmm, you certainly want 10-20uA.. :) PS: I've seen the sketch (by ahull) in the first post - do we have such functions for switching the MCU clock on the fly up and down somewhere available? What I m...

Re: Stm32f103c8t6 does not work! - It does not read, it does not record, it is not identified.

If you were keen on the 32duino I would recommend you: 1. always buy 2 cheap boards (I do from a different sellers) 2. do invest another $2 and do purchase the ST-Link programmer clone 3. double check your wiring and the soldering quality as ahull suggests you 4. do the measurements - the only way h...

Re: Trying to read button presses

What is the reason for multiplying the reala(b) by 16??
xa[a] = (((uint16_t)(reala*16)) | ((uint32_t)(imag<<16)));

Is it not this you want?

Code: Select all

xa[a] = (((uint32_t)(reala)) | ((uint32_t)(imag<<16)));

Re: Execute from external SRAM

I built my first 8085 computer in '82. I know well for what you are dreaming about.. :ugeek:
I think the ZET6 board with 512 or 1024kB of external ram is an ideal and cheap platform for such retro-computing stuff..

CP/M on Arduino Nano:

https://forum.arduino.cc/index.php?topi ... rdseen#new

That could easily be run with the CP/M_RAM placed into the 512kB Heap.
At 128MHz it will be faster a bit.. :)

Re: STM32F3 Discovery board support

I need a hardware audio DAC. Don't know if any F1 chip has it, but certainly no F1 mini-board that I've seen. There is a dozen of 103s having dual channel 12bit DAC, from RC up and with larger packages.. Even the old F1VLDiscovery got a dual channel 12bit DAC. Is that the "audio DAC" you ...

Re: STM32F3 Discovery board support

FYI - in addition to a typical 72MHz F4: Ultra-fast comparators (25 ns) Op-amp with programmable gain 12-bit DACs Ultra-fast 12-bit ADCs with 5 MSPS (Million Samples Per Second) per channel (up to 18 MSPS in Interleaved mode) Precise 16-bit sigma-delta ADCs (21 channels) Core Coupled Memory SRAM (Ro...
