Re: Differential ADC (ADC1-ADC2)

I'm not sure if @pito's original schematic is going to yield useful results. The schematics above is not a "schematics", it is rather a picture :) to depict the diff. Imagine all the wires there are complex elements (RLC) :) The ADC1 and ADC2 have got the same VCC and VGND (an assumption which may ...

Maple Mini clone (Baite) schematics

I've found this, not sure about the voltage regulator. At least this jpeg.

Re: Conversion of Not so good value STM32F103C8T6 Board to BMP

Will there be any problems if I use a Stlink v2 clone to flash directly the firmware. You can flash with STLINK any binary into it, of course, provided you have got the SWD pins available on the header (SWIO, SWCLK). Is there any schematics of this BadValue (BV) board available?? You may also flash...

Re: Dhrystone and Whetstone Benchmarks for STM32F103

I didn't see your code but in general, the use of arduino timing function millis() for benchmarking can lead to significant errors -> the standard code under-estimates time elapsed.
Do you have an evidence of such failing of millis() to support the statement?

Re: Differential ADC (ADC1-ADC2)

I run an ADS1110 (not in differential mode, -Vin at GND) on the same breadboard as the BPill + all the other stuff. When I connect +Vin to a resistor divider 3k6/3k6 (divider from Vcc to GND, not blocked) to get 1.65V as the ADS1110 is max 2.048V, with 12cm long wire, and -Vin to GND (12cm wire and ...

Re: short on VBAT?

The Vbat current when RTC is on should be 1.2uA according to the datasheet. Simply insert an ammeter between Cr2032+ and Vbat (or Cr2032- and GND) and you may see the current. I do not have MMini Baite schematics handy (do we have it somewhere?). The Vbat pin could be setup differently (on silicon) ...

Re: NuttX on a BluePill

This is the way I created a shell script "mrdisk" for creating a ramdisk :) without an editor available.. Copy and paste work perfectly in TeraTerm, set NewLine to CR/CR. I've also set 256chars per line via menuconfig. Fantastic stuff the ">" and ">>" work here! nsh> echo "mkrd -m 1 -s 512 800" >> /...

Re: NuttX on a BluePill

Nice! Please try to copy from SDCard to RAMDISK, it should be an interesting test to do! ;-) Here you are - the entire session such the people may try as well fast: 1. a ramdisk sized ~400kB created 2. an sdcard filesystem mounted 3. a TEST.bin file ~300kB created on the sdcard and then copied from...
