Re: libmaple version of MCO output

Yeah the whole purpose of this is to be able to measure the various clocks. SYSCLK, HSI, HSE, PLLCLK divided by 2 .. although if you are looking for a simple clock that doesn't require any peripheral usage/code, it might come in handy. I've been checking the clock speed of various boards in the new ...

@peekay123 do you have project log for your custom board online?

@Pito have you tried it with "putty" instead of TeraTerm?

Have you searched for STM8, there are many posts about it.

Next poll I'll add: NUCLEO-F103RB CPLD Fun Board Are there any others on our list http://wiki.stm32duino.com/index.php?title=STM32F103_boards that I should add? I know there are F103 boards with the larger chips. However, my gut tells me when people take that jump they go directly to an F4 board.

Re: [POLL (Open)]- favorite STM32F1 board for stm32duino 08/2107

I'm sad that we are getting such a low response to the poll. I guess it is summertime/vacation time and people are otherwise distracted. I'm not convinced that there aren't more maple mini fans out there. Where are you @mrburnette ? : ) I do have a bunch of Maple Minis boards. However, I tend to use...

i'm curious so a similar poll for STM32F4 boards ?
I'm not familiar with the popular F4 boards. It would be great if you setup an F4 poll @zmemw16

libmaple version of MCO output

If you are using any of the HAL based cores it is pretty easy to output the various internal clocks onto the MCO pin (PA8). The function HAL_RCC_MCOConfig() selects between the HSI, HSE, SYSCLK (assuming it is less than 50MHz) or the PLL_CLK/2. However in the libmaple world there doesn't seem to be ...

Re: [SOLVED] STM32VL-Discovery Serial1 recv doesn't work

Just to be clear, this problem isn't fixed in the current master just in your private repo/branch, yes?
