Re: problem with gps :( only 0.0000 instead of real data:(

Hi, assuming you use this lib:
https://github.com/mikalhart/TinyGPSPlus

Have you try first the basic example provided with the lib?

Also have you made some search on the forum. ex:

Re: Need Help with EEPROM Emulation

One though, have you check the flash size of your board?
if you have only 64k it could not fit at 0x801F000

As mentioned in the topic provided by Ray:
For writing I use address 0x801F000 so that should be the "last" 4kB of the supposed 128kB flash on BP.

Re: Question to F429ZI NUCLEO Board

There are STM32F1, STM32F3 and STM32F4 folders under .... documents\Arduino\hardware\Arduino_STM32-master\ but I can't find Nucleo_F429ZI. Where do I have to look? Those folders are one from Roger Core (based on leaflab). To find the right cores file, see: https://github.com/stm32duino/wiki/wiki/Wh...

Re: Question to F429ZI NUCLEO Board

Yes, you can use all the pin as I/O. I assume you use the STM core (Arduino_Core_STM32) Issue you met is due that those pins are not defined in the variant.h and variant.cpp Those kind of pins have not been defined as they are linked to a dedicated hardware of the board. If you really want use them ...

Re: [SOLVED] STM32F103C Blue Pill - can compile and upload only once.

FYI This issue is known. This is due to the path length of the core.a file when using aggressively cache compiled core feature. Issue I've opened in Arduino github: https://github.com/arduino/Arduino/issues/6757 The path is 263 in your case that's why it's failed. C:\Users\Benjamin\AppData\Local\Tem...

Re: where to use DFU Upload method

Yes it's possible as the F303RE is available with the STM core.
Select "Mass Storage" in "upload method" menu and that's all.
It's only a copy of the .bin file.
You have to connect the board thanks the integrated STLink in order to have the mass storage volume mounted.

Re: where to use DFU Upload method

It is currently not available for the current supported board.

As mentioned in the Wiki:
Depending of the board, several upload method could be proposed
When it will be supported it will be displayed in the upload menu.

Re: Dirk joins this great STM32 Forum

This is not related to the core.
It's a pure programming issue.
min,max,... implementation in STL C++ uses template

Code: Select all

template<class T> const T& min(const T& a, const T& b);
So type have to match.
Define is an uint so you have to cast properly or to use the same type for the comparison.
