Using UART for communication

The best features of the Shark NV360

One of the most important items to have in the modern household is a vacuum cleaner. However, out of the hundreds of models on the market, which one is the best for you?

If you are currently plagued by this question, we recommend the Shark vacuum NV360. This is one of the most affordable, yet powerful and efficient models on the market. In this article, we will break down the outstanding features of the Shark NV360 that have won the trust of many users.

Lift-away Technology

Similar to other models, Shark has invented the NV 360 with users’ comfort in mind. Yet, with this one, they went one step further in making the dust canister and the hose removable from the main unit. This means that instead of having to lift the whole cleaner up when cleaning hard-to-reach areas, you will only have to pick the detached canister up with one hand and carry it with you.

It is easy to use: there is a button on the handle on which you push to detach the canister. To put it back on, simply slide the handle back in the extension wand until you hear a click. That is another nice thing: upon hearing the click, you know that the parts are in place. Other models of Shark have a silent assembly, so you don’t really know if things are securely in place or if they will fly out once in use.

Upright cleaning

Thanks to the portable lift-away canister, you can clean things while standing upright without having to bend down to fit with the size of the cleaner. Especially when delivering above-floor cleaning, simply switch the blue shark vacuum to the “upright” mode by pulling the extension wand from the handle, making it longer to sustain your height. The extension wand is actually one of the additional features unique to the Shark NV360 to accommodate for people with back problems and for extra convenience in general.

Multiple cleaning tools

Besides the floor nozzle and the extension wand, the vacuum comes with multiple tools to accommodate with specific tasks. These include a crevice tool, a dusting brush, and a pet power brush.

The crevice tool is supposed to dive in narrow corners and small spaces of your home. The dusting brush is meant for brushing furniture like books, window blinds, lamp shades and anything else that has delicate and soft covering. The pet power brush, as the name indicates, is for picking up pet hair easily and efficiently. Shark is apparently very attentive to its customers’ cleaning challenges: pet hair cannot be picked up the same way as dust on delicate fabric, and these nice extra features come in handy.

Performance

Shark navigator lift away deluxe NV360 performs best on carpets, both low and high piles. The cleaner picks up nearly 100% of all the pet hair, as well as any debris, no matter large or small. For a cleaner of its size, this is excellent. However, the NV 360 performs less well on bare floors, probably because of the spinning motion that is not very friendly with bare floors. So, if you’re someone with a carpeted floor, this one is the way to go.

One thing to note is that the vacuum has two cleaning modes: one for carpet and one for bare floor. Just make sure you get the mode right when cleaning, as the wrong one might mess up your carpet or damage your floor.

Above are some of our favorite features of the Shark NV360. If you find this article helpful, please like and share it with your friend!
