Hello from germany

Post by jasys » Tue Aug 08, 2017 11:54 am

I am Joerg, living nearly Berlin, and new in Arduinos world. I have experience with STM32 and Keil and I try to open a set of MiniPLC's to arduino now. I have build a package for Arduino IDE based on this really great stm32duino tool chain with the ST-LinkV2 and it works fine.
Most of the features running very well, but I can't find solutions for the CAN-Bus without shield. Has anyone used the STM peripherals for it?

There is an active thread about CAN bus.

Look in the quicklinks menu for active threads.

However, currently CAN is not supported in the Arduino_STM32 core because it's operation clashes with USB.

So you have to manually modify your copy of the core if you want to use CAN.

Please read the CAN bus thread for details
