This is STM32 not esp8266.
I do have one of those though, but it doesn't have the capacity to even capture the stuff as it lacks 2 SPI which is the key for this.

I am afraid that my cut & paste buffer did not update on the link I thought I copied. If I can find the article again, I will post but my Chromium browser settings clear the cache and history when I exit and just like in MacArthur's Park, I may never find that recipe again.

I would recommend trying to use a RAW HID protocol (the library includes some example code for that).

That said, I haven't optimized the library for speed, and I haven't benchmarked it at all. It's not even obvious to me that RAW HID with my unoptimized USB library is actually going to be faster than serial over USB.
