Hi. I'm Pavlo, I'm interested in some of IoT and microcontrollers-related solutions relevant to home automation and especially it's energy monitoring and saving aspects. Not a "pro" in this world.

Welcome Pavlo

Re: Energy monitoring

The open energy monitor library works very well with the STM32 and you get the benefit of the higher resolution and greater sample rate ADC (than on AVR arduino)

I built a home energy monitor for solar power using a Maple mini, and a nRF905 to transmit the data

I also considered integrating a ESP8266 so that the data could be viewed or logged via the web, but in the end I didnt get around to the ESP8266 as I was happy to just send the data to a remote display that can be battery powered and carried around the house
