joedodo2: Just bought several blue pills

Post by joedodo2 » Sat Feb 03, 2018 3:59 am

Hi Just move here from arduino, since I need a better frequency generator. However the arduino ide can't find maple device when I uploading my skech to it.

Feels like the windows driver has not been installed:

I tried several times but still everytime when I plug in the blue pill, the windows7 64bit shows an unknown device.

My blue pill comes with blinking led. So may I assume it has the bootloader already installed? if not, could this be a bootloader issue?

Welcome.

I hope you ran the BAT file with admin rights followed by a restart, otherwise it won't work.
Alternatively, in the device manager right click on the unrecognized device and install driver by pointing the driver location to unpacked directory:
/My Documents/Arduino/hardware/Arduino_STM32/drivers/ (check the box include subfolders)
