Introducing Davidb

Post by davidb » Sun Feb 11, 2018 3:05 pm

Hi people,

Let me introduce myself briefly here, as I am new to this forum. I am a hardware developer and tutor at the Rotterdam University of applied sciences. We are setting up a(nother) fablab here in Rotterdam and I am responsible for the electronics development lab that will be part of it.

I like working with arduino, because it is relatively easy to get into for students, while there is enough room for more in depth knowledge and more complicated designs for projects.

At this moment, I am looking into the STM32 boards, to see how they could fit in our program. Also, I am working on a Lora project, where the aim is to develop an ecosystem suitable for students. It needs to be relatively easy to get into on the one hand, and offer possibilities for the more advanced users as well.
