Support for STM32L151Cx

Post by sgjc » Sat Apr 09, 2016 8:36 am

Hi there,

Does the Arduino for STM32 support STM32L151Cx as well? Thanks.

As a general rule, different boxes would require different "cores" under the current architecture we are using - that is, Arduino. There is currently no full support beyond the F1xx and I know of no activity in the "L" area. Various levels of support exist in F2, F3, F4 areas. This forum is indexed fully in google, so you can issue a search as STM32F4

AFIK, the L series of processors is a lot differnt from the F series, so the L series will not work with the F series code.

A new core which supports a wider variety of ST32 processors is being investigated and developed, sporadically, by a few people, but no one is looking at L series processors.

See ... 0&start=20

If you have L series hardware and want to get involved with the developmnt of the new core so that it works on the L series processors, please post to tgat thread
