STM32F107 support ?

Post by youprint » Thu Jan 25, 2018 11:32 am

i have a STMF107 board and i found nothing on the wiki or in the forum about it. It's an open 107V, so maybe i could try to flash it....

It’s worth a try

Write a Bink sketch to flash an LED, that will prove whether the basics work

i bought some boards awhile back, turned out some had 107's on them and had me asking the same question.
iirc they had a 4x2 for nRF24, probably the reason i bought them.
i also put something on the wiki. have a look at the stm32f103rc section
i "think" i had a blinky running.

st say the family's are hardware functionality compatible, not always a drop-in though - supply pins may change.
review the stm32f103xx data sheets, usually mentioned in the first pages.

that's sounds like Waveshare ? even if not Waveshare, try their wiki as it will have a fair amount of info on it, code was originally SPL, by now should be HAL, sadly the 'standard' IAR / Keil directory structures.

i know the core runs on the F101 as I put both the bootloader and also ran some sketches on one of those cheap STLink dongles which have a F101 rather than a F103.

I don’t know if anyone had any luck with the F105 or F107,but you could try searching the site using google, as it is fully indexed by Google and finds things the built in search can’t find
