Do ya'll know about the CH32V103C8T6 and related MCUs, meant to be replacements for STM32 equivalents but at a lower cost by using RISC-V instead of ARM?

There's a list of them here: http://www.wch-ic.com/products/categories/47.html?pid=5

I'm a brainlet that can't do anything outside of the Arduino IDE so won't do anything with them unless they get an Arduino core but I thought they looked interesting.

not sure if they are meant to replace the stm - they are certainly worthy competitors.

did a quick scan of 030 (vs. STM32f030): simpler clock tree (both good / bad), one timer short, 10bit adc vs. 12bit adc, but added an opa.

not finding a reason to use it vs. STM. time will tell.
