What WvB would pay for an arduino and 6050? :P
V2 did not used gimbaled thrust but graphite fins ("Strahlruder") in the chamber exhaust nozzle for the thrust vectoring (and "Luftruder" as well), all analog, maybe a few tubes (it got 3-axis guidance system - mechanical one)..
