you might look at the probes 'jaws', are they 2 strips with a kink in each or a single strip wrapped into a j sort ?
i usually take a pair of fine nosed pliers to the first and increase the kink somewhat.

Here you can see one wired into a test board for the project I'm porting. Sdfat initialisation works fine.

You can never have enough breadboard wires....

Also some more ADXL345's arrived - tbh probably bought in error but they were dirt cheap.

20x4 LCD & i2C driver - hooked this up to the project that I'm porting so I could run it using IDE 1.06 to check that the menu's function, they do which is dissapointing, this means that there's either an intrinsic difference that I don't understand between AVR and STM32 or something changed in the way that the IDE/compilation happens.

I'm not massively bothered because I'm going to ditch all the menu code for something better -> https://github.com/neu-rah/ArduinoMenu

They should have named this library as DEMUX154 instead ... :ugeek:
