How Close is too close?

Hi all!
I helped my friend to build a small cnc router with blue pills and IBT-2 boards as servo drives.
Otherwise simple project is suffering random movement errors due to electrical noise.
Attached pic shows control enclosure with cover removed.
I have 3 blue pills and a pokeys board spaced app 1" / 30mm apart.
Each blue pill is running ~12KHz PWM with complementary output enabled.
The question is: Is there noticeable possibility of crosstalk/ bluepills disturbing each other?
