Arduino for STM32

Went to Roger's github to Arduino_STM32, downloaded repository in .zip format.

Goto VirusTotal. scan this .zip file and see some red trouble. Screen shot attached, hopefully.

Unfortunately, the screenshot is not meaningful at all. Which files should be affected?
